Review 1:High School Confidential

There is a great book out called "High School Confidential" By author Jeremy Iversen. Go look on Youtube for an interview or better yet just read the book. I am going to assume you have aleast read a review of what this book is about.

I am very impressed with this Author. It is both there and not there. Jeremy Iversen is almost a ghost, who can take you threw walls, social circles and into the dirt. First part is like a heist plot then it settles down. The content is rough, but so is high school.
Everyone knows what is wrong and everyone plays their part. It is a machine and Iversen moves you through the working parts as they become self aware, yet are unable to free themselves not because of any physical restraint, although they cite the prison atmosphere of the school, but because they are tragic. They know they are tragic. They know you can't spend 5 hours hating everything, break with groping and sex, and go back to hating everything, and not sound ridiculous when you complain about freedom.
I want to praise the LORD YESHUA HAMASHIACH, not because I am better then these people, but this would be the best the world has to offer and only in HIM is there joy or purpose.

On the Evil Inclination

There is no such thing as the "Evil Inclination" in either the Old or New Testaments. There is sin, there is Sin Nature, the is the Devil and evil Spirits. There is the Flesh, the old man. Puke we return to. There is darkness, and evil. Fallen nature *check*. But there is no "EVIL INCLINATION."
Man made doctrine Alert. My Jewish Friend and Messianic Friends. If you can show me the Bible the Evil Inclination I will happily change my tune and issue an apology.

A question for my generation

Let say you are in a waiting room at a firm waiting a job interview. Lets imagine who else who is competing for that job based off of unemployment rate. At 1% no one else is there with you. At 3% maybe 4 other guys that look like you. At 8% you begin to have college graduates with a better degrees. At 10% you have someone one that has all your particular talents and about 20 years of experience on you. What happens at 11,13,15,20,25,30% unemployment? Don't look Celbs, they have jobs. You have the talent of Katy Perry, or make the funny like John Steward?

Fear Means Fear.

I have heard much smarter men then me(and in truth not so smart), and men that should know better push a doctrine that is absurd. They substitute the word “fear” for the word “awe.” That we should be in awe of Yehovah and not in fear of HIM. There are two problems with this.
1.“Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.” (Mathew 10:28). I can go on and on about fear being fear. Instead I will show the implications of this bad thinking. “At that time I will search Jerusalem with lamps and punish those who are complacent, who are like wine left on its dregs, who think, 'The LORD will do nothing, either good or bad.”(Zephaniah 1:12). The Bible shows how Yehovah operates in lives of men back then, today, and till the end of time.
2.Feeling “Awe.” I cringe a little in my heart when any pastor wants his congregation to feel anything. We are powerless to start any sincerely good emotion towards GOD. We are sinful in our very soul. Our emotions are corrupted. Holiness and joy are as far from each other in our minds, we might as well have dictionaries begin with the letter 'H' and end in the letter 'j'. We can put on a smile. We can laugh. But it is not real joy nor laughter. You relate to GOD because he revels Himself in a related fashion. If GOD shows you HE is a mighty fortress. Then you take that testimony into you heart and you can always relate to HIM as your Mighty Fortress. Same with Salvation, same with joy, same with redeemer, same with LORD, same with king, same with ALL-IN-ALL. Wanting does not mean having. Seeking does not mean possessing. You knock then the door is open. You seek then you find. You ask then you are answered. Which means you are going to know unrest before you find HIS rest. You are going to be striped of strength before you find HIS strength. I am a Christian I should be able to relate to GOD as I want. You can't. Your will is weak.

On Going To Jerusalem

Going to Jerusalem. I can't pretend a bunch of crumbled stones left on top of one another gets my heart fluttering. I can't do it.
Israel use to be the spot between the Empire Assyria and Babylon in the North and Egypt in the South. Then later Roman in the West and India and China in the East. Jerusalem was the Capital of a trade route. There were structures with no parrell even in Roman. Not my opinion but Tiberius.

Frederic Bastiat's THE LAW

I enjoyed Frederic Bastiat essay THE LAW. I would like to expound on one of his theories.
The greatest right of man is his right to self defense. This is mans force. When men from a government they combine their forces into one force. That is the entire origin of government is this combining of forces and men. Where government go arwe is that it believes that it is not a combining of force but a combining of ideas, or faith, or families. The government is not a church, which a combining of men of the same faiths. A Government is not a merger of generosity, that's a charity. A government is not a bond of blood, that's a marriage. A government is not collection of ideas that is a college(or use to be).
It is a legitimate to combine Governments with charity or faiths or ideas, as is it to give a church an army or a charity billy clubs or a wedding in an octagon. My retracters will say I don't like charity. I hate education. I hate church and salvation. I want to drive over body over bodies on my way to the next book burning(please I am trying to prove a point, don't take it out of context). A combination of force and charity is a shake down. Faith and force a fataw. Education and force is a Re-education Camp. Force and a family is the Mob.
